Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my team doesn’t get out in time?
Well, it happens. Some teams make it, others don’t. Some need an extra 2 minutes.
If everybody could get out in time it would be too easy. Our rooms have a balanced game, though, appropriate for beginners and advanced players at the same time. So if you pay attention you too can get out in time.
This depends on your strategy, but know that during the game you can get help from us, hints. It’s up to you if you use the hints and no, we don’t charge you for them. They just increase your chances of getting out in time and you can have as many as you want. The idea is to have fun.
If you don’t get out in time, at the end of the game you will be walked through the puzzles you didn’t get to solve.
Is someone watching the game?
Yes, we have video surveillance in the room. As you have seen above you can ask for hints during the game. We know exactly what stage your game is at and will give you the best hint. So enjoy the game, we are here for you.
How long does a game last?
Officially the max time is 60 minutes. It can be less if your team is good (but on average no less than 50 min, so get ready to rumble). It can take an extra couple of minutes to walk you through the puzzles you haven’t solved, in case you don’t make it out in time.
Is Chambers a suitable escape room for kids?
Bomb Room is appropriate for kids as old as 8. Still, the game is not one for 8 year old’s, so your team should have at least one adult if you have kids younger than 12 in your team.
Electric Chair is only suitable for teenagers over 14 years of age.
